Subscription Fees
SmartGrading offers two types of subscriptions: Individual teacher subscriptions
and a site license.
Individual Teacher Subscriptions
SmartGrading offers the following pricing plans to help meet individual teachers
requirements. The pricing is as follows:
- SmartGrading charges per teacher account
- You may invite other teachers in your school to join your grade book however, after their free trial each teacher will be responsible for keeping their subscription current
- There is no charge for parent or student accounts
- Subscription price includes support
Site License
A site license is for a group of teachers who wish to bulk purchase individual
teacher licenses. A site license is only available in one year increments.
Once a school switches from an individual teacher subscription to a
site license any remaining time for each individual teacher's account
will be lost and the new site license will start.
Account Deletion
As long as your account has not expired, SmartGrading will maintain all of
your data. This includes any historical data from prior years. However, four
months after your subscription exires SmartGrading will delete your data.
